The function of The Recovery Foundation is to help people that are on the bottom end of society, the guys on the streets. They don’t have jobs, homes etc. Most of them, if not all of them, have some sort of drug dependency issue. What we do is take those type of individuals off the streets, into a rehab center to get clean then we put them into long term reintegration programs (such as halfway houses etc) and work on skills...
